Sharon was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1989. She completed a Bachelor of Arts at Newcastle University before undertaking a Bachelor of Legal Studies at Macquarie University. To complement her Legal Practice, she completed a Master of Business Administration in 2005. Sharon practices in Family Law, Children’s Law, Wills and Estate Administration, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships, Elder Law and Property Law. She is a Law Society of New South Wales Accredited Specialist in Children’s Law and is also a registered Migration Agent.

Sue has had experience in the legal profession in varying capacities since commencing work in 1977 as a receptionist with a legal firm in Sydney.
While continuing to work in the profession, Sue studied and completed the Solicitors Admission Board course through the University of Sydney attaining a Diploma in Law in 1988 and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1989.
In 1994 she then attained her accreditation from the Law Society of New South Wales as an accredited specialist in Family Law achieving acknowledgement from the Law Society in 2014 for having achieved 20 years as an accredited specialist in this chosen area of the law.
Having an interest in mediation and alternate dispute resolution she then completed a course with Bond University in July, 2004 becoming a member of the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators on 10 August, 2004.
Sue then continued her studies with the College of Law, New South Wales, until attaining a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) in 2010.
In 1996 Sue took on the role of principal of the firm S M Boyle & Co. at Cronulla until moving to the Newcastle area in 2012.
The experience attained by her was enriched when she had the honour to serve as a Councillor of the Law Society of New South Wales during the period 1998 to 2001 which in turn led to her serving on various committees within the Law Society.
As Sue has been involved throughout her career in small busy general practices she brings to our firm a wealth of experience in many areas of the law including property law/conveyancing, wills and estate administration including the area of family provision claims, purchase and sale of business, commercial leasing, Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardianship, Elder Law and of course Family Law.
Sue has a strong commitment to providing a compassionate, quality service to our clients attempting always to resolve any dispute or issue in the hope that stressful litigation may be avoided.

Kate is a Solicitor with Bachelor of Economics and Law degrees from Macquarie University.  Kate was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1985 and began practising law with a Sydney law firm before leaving to do a stint with The Law Society in London.  Upon her return to Australia, Kate moved to the Hunter Valley and has gained extensive experience in a wide range of legal areas through her work with suburban legal practices.  Kate now enjoys practising primarily in conveyancing and property law.

Kirby is the voice you hear on the telephone and she endeavours to provide a friendly and efficient service. Kirby is currently completing a Bachelor of Law and Criminology and hopes to become a Solicitor in the near future.
